What information do we need in order for your goods to arrive as quickly as possible through our goods reception?
-
The items have been created correctly
- The items must be created before you send them. You will typically receive an automatic notification from our system when your items have been created. This will typically say "filename"+"er indlæst uden fejl"
- Pictures must have been sent to the goods if the goods are to be sent online.
- Remember, if your goods are to be sold online, then nothing boosts a sale like an accurate and good long description of the product.
-
Correct physical delivery note
- You have attached a delivery note which agrees 100% with what is on the delivery/in the boxes.
- You have specified an order number on the delivery note, only applies if you have received an order number from Magasin.
- You have specified a delivery note number on your physical delivery note that matches your delivery note number on the delivery note.
-
Delivery advice - (Find detailed guide to delivery advice HERE)
- You have uploaded a delivery advice for which you have received an auto-email has been loaded without error.
- Your advice matches exactly the goods/barcodes and the quantity found on the delivery.
- The delivery note number corresponds to the number on your physical delivery note.
NOTE - It can be an advantage to assess whether the consignment should be sent in all instead of individual boxes. By sending on a pallet, you minimize the risk of 1 or 2 boxes being missing upon receipt. Regardless of whether the shipment is large or small, you must always remember that the box number must be indicated here, see example below on box 2/2.
REMEMBER - We use the delivery note number (DESADV in the picture above) for receiving goods, so the more visible this is, the faster the goods get through our goods reception.
